Friendly staff ,clean comfortable room . Bed made up and clean towels every day.
Fibber Magees Rock bar was directly under my room so loud music until the late hours even on a Sunday night. Didn't bother me as I stop out late and it was a great night out on the Sunday as all my favourite haunts shut early " If you can't beat em ,join em ! " But of you need a early night due to your flight or something this is not the place for you !

Location was excellent. Close by to the main shopping and main towns site's. Restaurants, pubs. I loved the smell of the hand wash and shower gel. Old building very small rooms but for 2 nights it was OK. I feel happy with my experience here.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
There wasn’t an elevator so carrying heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs was tough. The steps in the stairs were not level.

I did not like anything about this hotel
Booking.com should provide full set of pictures for the exterior and interior of the hotel, one of my learned lessons not to book any hotel if I do not see full set of pictures,
Once arrived at the gate of the hotel I realized there is something wrong about this place,
On check in I had to climb old wooden stairs while carrying luggage (no elevator)
Room is very small and not pleasant from all aspects, bed mattress was horrible, pillows are not good, so I could not sleep well.
Housekeeping do not change bed linens for the whole stay (5 nights), very noisy surroundings specially at night.
Uncooperative staff, I have missed my first booked night at the hotel due to disturbance in flights schedule, I have informed the hotel as soon I have been informed about this and requested to change the starting period of my stay but they've replied next day with rejection...yet when I wanted to check out I have requested if I could stay for extra two hours so I do not spend time in the street to check in at another hotel, but this request was also rejected.
