Very Good
The room was well decorated and a decent size. It's a great location if you're attending the 3Arena for an event (walking distance). The busy pub downstairs is fun, if you like the drinking culture.
I understand that there is a working pub under the hotel rooms, so when I arrived on Saturday night at about 9:30pm, the staff were very busy. I felt that my arrival was a nuisance to everyone, my 5 letter surname was spelled incorrectly on my key card, and though I knew there would be stairs and no lift, there was no attempt to make my journey to my room any easier. I don't expect concierge service, but perhaps an offer to look after one heavy bag so I could make 2 trips myself wouldn't have hurt? Once in the room, though there was tea and coffee, given that the weather was unseasonably warm, it would have been a kind gesture to have at least 1 small bottle of complimentary water in the room. As no food is served on the premises and the bar staff were less than approachable, information on the closest grocery stores, restaurants, and takeaways would have been appreciated. I felt like I paid just over €150 per night for a room only (plus some noise from the busy pub), with none of the world-famous Irish hospitality in sight.

Best location if you have to be at the CCD as it is less than 5 min walk. Also Ferryman is the nearest pub to the conference center so it was essentially the place everyone would go and hung out.
lots of stairs so not suitable if you have lots of luggage. Also hardly any restaurants or grocery store near by so if you arrive late you might struggle for place o eat.

Perfect location, room was lovely and clean. We were worried about the noise levels with being above the pub but it was not noisy at all.

We got even more lucky by getting a river view room (room 4!), which was beyond stunning. The atmosphere from the pub below, combined with the beautiful view, was just incredible. The staff were super lovely and accommodating to things like leaving bags before check in/after check out, as well as securing us early check in to our room. The pub was beautiful, served great beer, and had an amazing atmosphere. Didn't expect to spend any of my holiday getting into hurling on the TV, but here we are - it was great! Felt like we were surrounded by locals, not just tourists, and really enjoy the buzz. We often sat in our room, window up, looking out at the view and soaking in the atmosphere from below.
Location was great, easy walk into the centre, easy transport links to the airport, easy access to 3arena for the gig that brought us to Dublin. Good coffee and food nearby. Great running area too around which was fabulous.
We booked the room because of the great price and location - not thinking we would spend any serious time in the pub or the room, but it ended up really defining our experience. We'll be back!

It’s in a nice location, rooms are very clean and tidy, look nice, not super spacious but big enough. Private bathroom, tv, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer provided, lots of sockets, free WiFi , free towels
It is quiet for a room over a bar but not silent
Check in is awkward, through the bar which is often busy. Staff weren’t the friendliest - staff when checking out were lovely though.
Shower sucks, only had the one you wash your hair with
Stairs - not a huge deal for us but something to be aware of if you struggle

Perfect for short stay in Dublin! Rooms are on top of pub but we had quiet rooms and keys have to be asked from the bar :) Yes there are stairs to climb but beds are comfort and there is all you need for short stay. No breakfast but there are places around where you can find coffee & snacks so not problem at all. Trains station is on walking distance and also city center is not far so enjoy nice walk!
We asked earlier check inn @ 2pm but rooms were ready 3 o´clock and so it was!

The room was comfortable and perfect. I loved being able to finish each day with a couple of pints downstairs at the pub
I wish the room had a small refrigerator for leftovers.
