Very Good
Staying in a pub is a unique experience. The room was somewhere between a small private European hotel, clean and updated and staying at someone's home.
Be aware that the room lacks certain amenities like a refrigerator and there is no 24 hour front desk or clerk dedicated to the rooms. The sound between rooms is fine, but there is a pub downstairs. Just be aware.

Pleasant
Rooms were updated, comfortable and clean.
Be ready to climb steps. No real on-site management presence. Check in was a bit confusing - checked in at the bar. A long walk or cab ride to tourist attractions and dining options. Back room there was no bar noise but mechanical sound all night long. Front rooms heard bar noise when windows open. Windows needed to be open because of warm weather and no air conditioning

Wonderful
Really good location. Room was nice and comfortable Considering it was above a pub there was very little noise
We found the room slightly hot at night, due to it being above the pub we couldn't have the window open. Some of the bathroom could have been slightly cleaner. The facilities themselves were very clean but little bits of dust on sides ect

Staff were responsive but could have been friendly. We did appreciate they were busy.

Room was as seen in the photos. With pub accommodation you are never sure. Highly finished room with all mod cons. It was clean and the staff were super lovely.
Room was slightly small. Window leading on to a shaft. Concerns from other guests regarding the noise from the pub below. We were on the 4th floor so we didn't have this issue. Then again, its pub accommodation, what do you expect.

Great central location, the room was comfortable and clean. No sound from the pub can be heard
Loud vents(?) outside of the window were a bit noisy at night.

Fair
Cosy and nice room overlooking the canal.
Extremely noisy. We stayed Friday until Monday and every night it was extremely loud music from the pub downstairs. There was no air con in the room, and we had to sleep with the windows open. We bought our own fan since there wasn’t one in the room and it got very hot. We got new towels one day, but not the others. No refill of tea, no room service. Uncomfortable and hard bed, woke with pain in my shoulder since I sleep on the side.

Wonderful
The location was excellent — right by the River Liffey and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms were cosy, well-maintained, and comfortable, perfect for a short city break.
The bed was not very comfortable, which affected my sleep quality. There’s no lift, so carrying luggage upstairs can be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy bags.

Very Good
Great location, clean and nice decor. Good vibe.
Great that is a popular busy working pub with a good vibe. Downside to that in summer you need to have windows open for air but is then very noisy in the front rooms. Didn’t spoil stay for us we just tried to absorb the good feel vibes, but any longer than our 3 days may have become a bigger problem.
