Gym facilities and location are great
Nightclub next door …. Loud and noisy from midnight to 3am (avoid this side of the hotel, if you want sleep)

Loved the rooms, the location so central. The rooftop views from the restaurant over breakfast was stunning. The valided parking saved us quite a bit. Will definitely come back. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Bed so warm! The service was exceptional. Small touches make all the difference.
There was nothing to dislike!

Very Poor
It was in central Dublin where we needed to be on business.
The Dean is immediately beside a night club where they use their smoking area as an extension of the club. The noise from this venue kept us awake hearing loud music, laughter and playacting until 3.00 AM. When I complained t reception the next morning, after they could not change our room during the night, the receptionist lied to me about the General Manager being not available to hear my complaint - as I spoke to her, he appeared at the desk and was totally unsympathetic.

The location and vibe of the hotel are incredible. Super funky design with cool amenities. Location too is fantastic. Staff was vey friendly so that made the stay nicer
Given the hotel prices are more on the expensive side, I have two things to say:
The rooms are really small - I booked a larger room and still we could barely walk around the bed. It was ok considering we only had small luggage so opening it wasn’t a big problem.
There are a few nightclubs around and on weekends you l hear the music playing until 3am. We were ok with it and somehow managed to sleep ok, but I think it’s important to consider as for some people it will be a huge issue.

Staff were friendly and very apologetic about a room mix up. They were very helpful when we arrived early and we could store our bags after check out. The location is great. We had breakfast, which was lovely but so expensive! The kids loved the bunk beds.
I felt the room needed a bit of a deep clean. Dust and buildup in the desk area. The bathroom looked lovely but on closer inspection the shower was not great. The tiles showed signs of limescale buildup or mildew... Not a deal breaker but I think given how this hotel positions itself I would expect it to be immaculate. We had a bunk bed room which had all the sweets laid out for the kids but find the mini bar prices first because everything is charged for!
