Good
Staff were friendly and very apologetic about a room mix up. They were very helpful when we arrived early and we could store our bags after check out. The location is great. We had breakfast, which was lovely but so expensive! The kids loved the bunk beds.
I felt the room needed a bit of a deep clean. Dust and buildup in the desk area. The bathroom looked lovely but on closer inspection the shower was not great. The tiles showed signs of limescale buildup or mildew... Not a deal breaker but I think given how this hotel positions itself I would expect it to be immaculate. We had a bunk bed room which had all the sweets laid out for the kids but find the mini bar prices first because everything is charged for!

Disappointing
Cool design but that is it.
Hotel a bit run down, needs maintenance, minimal service to save up (no room cleaning,
Only on request) and when done, very basic and not well done. Rooms are noisy.

Pleasant
Interior is lovely, the rooftop restaurant was very nice. The staff are so pleasant and very helpful. The location is very central minutes walk from all major south south side attractions, bars and restaurant.
Main issue we had was we paid €70 for breakfast one morning and the food was not great. The bread was soggy and sausages very over-cooked. For that price not good, our room was a balcony room so we paid more but it is not worth it.

Good
Location is good, cool building
Our room faced nightclubs on the street and it was so loud till 3am, there was earplugs next to the bed so it’s a known issue and we would have never booked those rooms had we known, we’ve come home really tired.
