I was disgusted at the price of the hotel and to not include breakfast in that price is outrageous, €520 for one night!!! Its very unfair to up the prices of rooms just because of a few concerts!!!
Most people I know would go for weekend breaks in ireland if the prices were reasonable. Your hotel is fabulous but not to include breakfast at those prices , is just pure greedy. I won't be staying in it again and won't be recommending it for those reasons.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and even though the hotel is in a busy area, the room was surprisingly quiet. I had a great night’s sleep and would absolutely recommend staying here.
The room was very comfortable, but the cleanliness could have been better. There was quite a bit of dust on the furniture, and I noticed some leftover makeup from a previous guest on the side of the bed. That said, the bed itself appeared clean and tidy.

Location - design and decor.
Townhouse rooms say separately from the main hotel - need to leave one and enter the other. Probably not communicated that well when booking. There was a wedding on so that further limited access to main hotel facilities. Given prices were high, this was a little disappointing

Location of the hotel is good, walking distance to Stephens Green and Grafton Street.
Room was clean and bed was very comfortable and had AC which was perfect as it was a very hot day
First of all the price was outrageous, €349 for a Saturday night
I booked on booking.com if I booked on the website it was more expensive
I booked a Superior Room as the other rooms looked very small and only booked as I was attending a wedding at the hotel hence why I didn’t look at the reviews
Second the noise when I got back to the room at 1:00, I didn’t realise my window was going to be next to Coppers outdoor area which was very loud until 3:30, the earplugs provided were absolutely useless and didn’t see the point in complaining at the time as they wouldn’t be able to turn off the night club.
When I mentioned at check out that I wouldn’t have booked that type of room if I knew it was that close to the nightclub the woman behind the counter told me to request a quiet room next time and that they loved their neighbours, so that was very helpful to know after a stay
The rooms that are located that close to the night club should be highlighted when booking and way cheaper than the quite rooms
