Disappointing
Location of the hotel is good, walking distance to Stephens Green and Grafton Street.
Room was clean and bed was very comfortable and had AC which was perfect as it was a very hot day
First of all the price was outrageous, €349 for a Saturday night
I booked on booking.com if I booked on the website it was more expensive
I booked a Superior Room as the other rooms looked very small and only booked as I was attending a wedding at the hotel hence why I didn’t look at the reviews
Second the noise when I got back to the room at 1:00, I didn’t realise my window was going to be next to Coppers outdoor area which was very loud until 3:30, the earplugs provided were absolutely useless and didn’t see the point in complaining at the time as they wouldn’t be able to turn off the night club.
When I mentioned at check out that I wouldn’t have booked that type of room if I knew it was that close to the nightclub the woman behind the counter told me to request a quiet room next time and that they loved their neighbours, so that was very helpful to know after a stay
The rooms that are located that close to the night club should be highlighted when booking and way cheaper than the quite rooms

Complimentary use of the fab gym and hydro pool was superb. Really cosy beds!
Next to a busy night life street - the hotel provided ear plugs but it does get noisy.

Not a lot stands out.
As a Dubliner visiting family, it was unwelcoming, staff were cold and not very attentive on our arrival or at the restaurant/bar. The staff member we had checking out was nice however. The room was dusty and grubby. A very tight squeeze room for the price. 7am construction could have been mentioned. Not so nice when you're on a much needed restful break. I think we will look elsewhere for future stays. It didn't reach expectations unfortunately. Only one lift was working which was a pain in a high traffic area.

Fantastic gym and staff were great
I didn’t realise it had a club on the rooftop so my first room sounded like it was in a DJ booth! So I downgraded my room to get a quieter room. I would say it was a great place, but maybe meant for younger party ge-ers

Lovely hotel,got upgraded for my husbands birthday.Rooms were beautifully decorated.Staff very friendly close to everything.Definetly stay again.
Nothing but when building work is complete be nice to see it done on how it will all connect.

Our townhouse room was in a separate building (very close, two doors down the street) to the main hotel. This wasn’t a major issue, but it would have been nice to know in advance.
