Stayed in townhouse ....more private and quieter with its own bar
Construction work going on so not ideal but can't be helped as they are doing a refurbishment.

We had a lovely quiet room facing the courtyard, no noise, perfect for an overnight stay on a busy weekend in Dublin

Reception staff were lovely !
Rooms were clean
Beds were comfortable
We had a drink in Sophie’s bar upstairs at the bar, there were loads of flies around the beer pumps.

Wonderful
Great location, very nice breakfast, excellent vibe and overall a great place to spend a few days.
The breakfast was supposed to be included but they charged us at the end. The bathroom opens up to the bed with a big doble window, so there is little privacy.

I liked the location, the cleanliness and the gym is fantastic. The food options are also good.
Although there are some very nice staff the overall feeling is that the staff are not happy to be there and are going through the motions. This would not stop me from going back as I like the location and if you book on time it can be a good price.

Disappointing
Central location and comfy bed
Extremely noisy ! Nightclub was going to 3am our room appeared to be right onto same and it was impossible to sleep. For a four star hotel the facilities in the room could use an upgrade and bathroom cleanliness could be improved.

The breakfast was superb as always
Sophies was not open on our first night after 10pm. The bar downstairs does not compare. When we did have late drinks on Sophies on Saturday it appeared the bar was short staffed. We do not like only paper cups for tea and coffee in the room. When we arrived there was only one hanger. No safe in a super room? Staff appeared ill informed and one lift was out of action for all of our 3 night stay. As usual, some noise issues but we knew of those. Doesn’t help when the DJ cranks it up for the end of the night at 4am and wakes us up. This is our go to hotel in Dub but standards seem to be slipping. We intend to shop around for a better stay next time.

Staff went above and beyond for us, always a friendly face at reception! Our room was stunning also! Location is perfect for young people looking to enjoy nightlife! My friend and I stayed for a concert for the second time and the hotel honestly made the whole weekend for us!
Everything was amazing, no negatives
