Staff, the staffs were so helpful!! We were there for wedding, all of us were at residence bar and stayed till late on Saturday night, there was one staff on duty, he was looking after us so well! And needs to let people in and out, check in for people. He was absolutely star! If they could have second staff to help him it would be better.
We stayed in the main hotel , the venue was in the next door, so if we going in between your room and venue we need to exit hotel then going to next door. it would be great if it’s connected.

The hotel, staff, and room were amazing
Nightclub next door that goes until near 4am in the morning. It's a bit of a nightmare if you have kids who are trying to sleep.

Lovely hotel with lovely rooms and great location.
It is on a very busy street for night life. Take that into account if booking for a Friday or Saturday night stay.

My room in the Dean Townhouse was spacious and a lot quieter than the main hotel, being based at a building to the rear of the hotel away from the nightlife noise on Harcourt street. The kingsize bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding making for a good nights sleep!
The sliding door in our room was tough to open. Some of our group stayed in the main hotel and some of the rooms are quite tired and in need of updating.

Sophies rooftop area and breakfast was good.
Reception staff very pleasant
Took a few minutes to find the elevator on level one. Only sign I could see was for "blue room"
