Nice room, would stay again
There is construction work ongoing at moment so woken on the bank holiday weekend about 7.30am from memory. I don't recall reading anything about this before hand, would be nice to be notified.

The room was lovely and spacious. The decor was a lot of fun, and the hotel staff was super helpful. We were able to take advantage of the lovely rooftop bar. Coffee and pastries in the lobby were perfect. We requested a room away from the nightclub, and there were no issues with noise.

Hotel is stylish and check in staff was friendly. Loved that the room had a record player and ceiling fan!
Certain parts of the room/bathroom are showing a lot of wear and tear. Bathroom sink was stained and chipped. We asked if we could have an extra pillow and after talking to two separate people were told they had no extra pillows in the entire hotel. I’ve never been told that before.

Gorgeous room in the new extension of the Dean, dinner the previous night & breakfast in Sophie’s was a 10/10
The construction noise from our room was extremely loud. Woke us up at 8am - constant until we left. Sour start to the morning, when away for just one night

great service, great location, comfortable room, very cool upstairs bar
initially room smelt like sewage gas, very strong, hotel immediately moved us to another room though , super easy and very pleasant!

The property is beautiful and the rooftop bar Sophie's was amazing. But the noise from the night clubs kept us up until 2:30 in the morning, even on a Tuesday night. The hotel offered us earplugs but I definitely think some noise cancellation solutions should be applied

Location was great, centre easily accessible by foot but there is also a tram stop a minute’s walk from the hotel. Lovely attention to detail in the room. Lovely rooftop restaurant, Sophie’s. Pizza was delicious

Very central location , lovely room that we got upgraded to and free drinks voucher for my husband’s birthday, really nice touch . Bed was super comfy , and there’s a choice of different bars depending on what you’re looking for. Camille was lovely and helpful at reception , especially as we almost forgot about our car parking !

Cool decor, clean and comfortable
No parking on site, but that’s unavoidable due to the central location. Discounted rate available in Q-Park, which is helpful, but a bit of a walk with bags
