We stayed in the hifi king room which was large. Had a well stock mini bar and I enjoyed spinning some records on the turntable. We had dinner in Sophies which was way ahead of standard hotel dinners

Great location, unique rooms. Staff are generally really friendly
Some of the snack items in the room were out of date. We had to get someone to look at the TV as it was broken and the person on reception insisted on having someone take a look at 7am the next morning! We called back and asked for a more reasonable time, which was thankfully accommodated. I have stayed here before approx 3 years ago and I just remember it being better overall the previous time.

Location and decor.
Bathroom door was a heavy wooden sliding door. It got stuck closed when I shut it to keep light from bathroom disturbing sleep. Previous guests have also clearly suffered from the same door jam issue because the door handle was so loose you could physically remove it off the door. Had to call a member of staff to dislodge the door at 3.30am so I could go to the bathroom. Was too afraid to close it again after that so the light from the bathroom disrupted my sleep for the rest of the night. It was my first night away after having a baby 7 months ago and I had been hoping for a more restful night.

The check-in staff were amazing, such a welcome. The atmosphere is great. The outside pool is to die for, as is the sauna. The rooftop restaurant is fabulous. The room was beautiful. The location was super, right beside St Stephens Green. This hotel was fantastic value for money and I would definitely stay again.

Great location for Dublin City Centre
It didn’t bother us as we were out to enjoy the nightlife but the hotel is right next to a nightclub so if you aren’t going to be partaking then mentioning this on booking would be advisable so the room can be assigned accordingly.

The staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We received early check-in and an upgrade. The location is perfect, and the hotel has great facilities, including a gym, pool, restaurant, coffee bar, and more!

The room was lovely and so were the facilities
We were given an upgrade to stay in the townhouse however we were not made aware that there was an event going on in the function room below us! Due to this there was loud music playing until 1 am and a group of people smoking and talking in the courtyard outside our window all evening. After we finally got to sleep the fire alarm went off 6 time between 2-2:35. I know this is no one’s fault but no staff made an effort to let us know that everything was ok and would not answer the phone at reception. When we asked at reception the next morning we were told that she didn’t know why it was going off and offered us a complimentary breakfast in Sophie’s. We were very grateful for this however it took over 30 minutes to come and arrived cold. We shall not be returning
