Amazing stay! Perfect location, gorgeous room, lovely stylish little touches. Loved the common areas and the rooftop bar. Didn’t get to try the pool but it’s a good reason to come back again!! Will be recommending to everyone.
The bathroom door in our room didn’t fully close, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Main reception is a little cramped. One member of staff (male) was very welcoming, the other a lady seemed fairly stern and unfriendly...

It’s very central
The rooms are dirty and in need of refurbishing. I stayed in a suite a few years ago and felt the same. Our room this time was 101 and it smelled damp.

Disappointing
We stayed the night before the marathon and we were on the side right beside coppers it was a disaster. They also didn’t start breakfast until 8am the morning of the marathon and we couldn’t get anything heated it just wasn’t good. We were also staying the night of the marathon and to be fair they did move our room and we ate in Sophie’s that night and it was lovely. I wouldn’t recommend but just not before the marathon

Disappointing
The staff were honest and forthcoming about the hotel being a central hotel so to expect noise but the noise from Coppers next door was next level.It started at midnight and finished up after 4am so what should have been a nice stay was far from it due to a full night without sleep

I liked the location and the restaurant
The room was way too small for 3 people - my daughter even hit her head off the bed - the room was dated - material on bed surround was dirty

Sauna was ok. Tiles dont do it any favours. Bring flipslops.

Noise levels v high in our room, tv wasn't working / connected, only one lift working which meant we were stuck in basement for several minutes
