Poor
the reception staff is really nice and helpful. the location is pretty good as well!
there is no lifts, so if you have heavy luggage, you might struggle to get things to the room. the in-suite is really bad planned, and when the lights are on, ALL THE ROOM gets incredibly bright because the door is transparent. the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. my room was facing the street so i couldn’t sleep well at all. to get to the kitchen you also need to get up and under a bunch of stairs, almost like a labyrinth (side note to the microwave disgustingly dirty)

The location is near city center which is great for traveler who doesn't enjoy a stroll. The check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. The room comes with a big personal locker (You need to have your own lock) which is a big plus to not bring everything with on daily bases.
The noise from neighborhood restaurant and club goes till 2:30 am. The wall is super thin that if you encounter less considerate traveler then you can kiss you sleep goodbye especially with jet leg. If you love party and doesn't need a quite place to sleep, then you can save big and stay in this hostel.

Disappointing
The location to the town centre, transport link around Dublin and the airport
Facilities:
There was mould in the showers and toilets. Construction was undergoing so it was noisy, messy and dirty. Women were given smaller towels then men.
Guests:
First night there were fights on the floor above, screaming "he's trying to kill me" slamming on the doors, blood left over. A homeless man was let in and he opened the bed curtains and put his hands in.
Beds:
There were curtains on the long side of the beds. The short sides were left open so if someone had their light on everyone would see it. You would also wake up ans make eye contact with the person opposite you. There was an emergency exit light above some top bunks. So you would be sleeping below the light.

Very Poor
What I liked most was the location, it's very good, the location is wonderful, right in front of the train station, bus stop, restaurant, bar, cafeteria, everything is great, wonderful location.
I didn't like what was inside the hotel; you have to climb stairs from the first floor to the top floor, there's no elevator, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I asked for a room on the floor below because I had recently had surgery, and they gave me the top floor.
