Very Poor
If you're into Irish sports or stadiums, you probably already know this place. Like everything in Dublin though, you're going pay dear for it. The room was fine, the staff on the floor were all kind. We liked that it was a bit out of the centre. The residential streets around here are very narrow, single lane, with cars parked both sides, so beware if your map app is sending you through them, or just take the main roads.
When we checked-in (afternoon), I had booked two breakfasts (€60, Maestro bank card) and specifically asked if one could be refunded if we didn’t use it (I knew we were leaving very early). I was told yes. That same evening, once I reconfirmed just how early we’d need to leave for the airport (before 7am, with two small kids), I asked to cancel the second breakfast. I was told fine, but I'd have to speak to a manager the next day. The next day he/she was not around when we asked, and I was told I'd have to try the next morning at checkout. On that morning, after 15+ minutes of trying, their card reader would not process the refund -- the exact same card I'd paid with. Eventually (time was ticking) I was handed a printout “confirmation”. Their staff member had typed in my card details, which is probably where some human error occurred.
Over a month later, I STILL have no refund. In emails, they first admitted they did not process it due. Now they claim it was done that checkout morning, yet they can’t provide the ARN my bank needs to trace it. I earlier offered my IBAN for a transfer, which they refused. They now tell me its my problem with my bank.
For a hotel of this standard, it feels like deliberate stonewalling, or they won't admit they don't know how to process a Maestro refund. All this hassle for €30 is simply unacceptable, and is a severe detraction.

Bar had very bad seating and the noise was too loud for our autistic son even with ear defenders. Think its due to high ceilings and extremely loud tvs. Pillows so hard and room.very noisy. We had people banging on our door at 12am and running away. Kids I presume

Everything was great. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. Staff at reception was very polite and helpful.
The doors to rooms close with a bang. Late arrivers and early departers can disturb your sleep.

Restaurant/bar area very nice. Easy parking. Spacious room. Maintenance was very responsive when we had a problem with the TV and phone.
Need more outlets in guest rooms! It was a bit far from Temple Bar etc, but was quiet. A/C would shut off during the night leaving us in a hot, stuffy room.

The room was pretty good.
On the Monday night of our stay there was only bar food available, which was very bad for a so called top hotel.
The menu choice was very poor and the food that was available was totally over priced and not so good.

I liked the room it was super nice and clean and so was the bathroom. The shower was hot which is awesome. The water and coffee provided was a nice touch.
I wish I had a better view from my room but not the fault of the hotel. I also wish the price was a little less but it wasn't bad at all.
