Elegance and warm welcome from the staff. The location on the river with extended views was magnificent and felt like in the heart of the Theatres.

Location. Got good last minute deal so decent price
Facilities in room lacking. No phone. No ironing board. No aircon. Just a plug in fan. Room very warm.

It’s a bit date. Staff looked unprofessional in jeans. Our room was clean but the tap in the bathroom was dripping. It’s not very well maintained

The beds were really comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the room. Also liked the coffee and tea facilities. The hotel has a nice lobby, and both the bar and restaurant looked really good, although we didn't try them. Location was perfect for access to Temple Bar, Dublin Castle, and Trinity College.
