On a busy weekend rooms fronting Fleet st could be a bit noisy for light sleepers

Clean , well maintained and a great breakfast.
No air conditioner and very thick blankets. This made it hard to a deep especially when the pillows are added in.

Good location if you want to be near Trinity College or Temple Bar. Nice to have a triple room for our group of 3. Service from the front desk and restaurant was very good.
The location being close to Temple Bar and old single pane aluminum windows did mean that it was quite loud from outside music and parties throughout the night.

Second stay at this chic hotel. Comfortable Bed, Great Breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Short walk to our day tour pickup: EI to Meath and also Christ Church/Dublinia. Note that it’s noisy with Temple Bar pub scene in the evening, but we expected this.
