Everything! Reception area, first impression were fab as were the rooms
Could hear a generator or something in the early hours but ear plugs were provided and it wasn’t an issue

Pillows on the bed kept getting wet from the condensation and the housekeeping kept not replacing my pillow which was soaking wet for 3 days.

Location right in the temple bar
Very noisy due to our window not closing and working properly, we didn’t sleep great over the 3 nights. Room was quite small as well.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect to explore the city. I loved my stay there and i cant recommend the hotel enough! Make sure to also visit the neighbouring restaurant Hellfire- I had an absolutely incredible meal there

The location and cleanliness and a lovely bar person called William.
When I arrived I was told I had made two booking one with them for a triple room and one with booking .com for a single room. Although I had confirmed and paid for my booking on the train on the way up I wasn't allowed to have my room key until it was sorted. I was not impressed by the receptionist telling me he was the manager and I couldn't talk to anyone else and that he had confirm with the IT guy about the extra booking before I could confirm my single booking. I barely got an apology when it was confirmed to be a mistake on their end.

Close to the Liffey river. Close to Dublin Express bus stop. Close to Hard Rock Cafe. Close to few steakhouses. Classic breakfast. Tea/coffee in the room. Rituals toiletries. Free tee/coffee at the reception.
No wardrobe - just 12 hangers. A noise in heating pipes - earplugs are included in the room. :-) The duvet is smaller than the duvet cover. But that's not the main thing, of course. The worst thing is when you're in Dublin for only 2 nights...
