Location and layout of room with large bathroom and excellent quality shower! Hotel was cute and well maintained and safe too with a front door person to keep people off the Temple Bar from coming in.

The room was clean, the staffs are very welcoming and very helpful. Hotel is in very Good location.
Shower system is not very pleasant as if you stop you need to start from cold temperature. The water splashed from shower made wet on the other part of the shower room even with shower carpet. Lighting adjustment was basic. Mattress was not very comfortable.

Location was good and the Staff were excellent.
The room was too small. We had nowhere to put our luggage, so the luggage went on the bed every day. The room was significantly overpriced for the size of the room. In addition, the TV did not work.

Everything was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect — right in the heart of Dublin, close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
There was nothing I didn’t like; everything exceeded my expectations. Maybe just a little more space in the room would make it absolutely perfect.
