You’re in the Temple bar area of Dublin. It’s a very loud and noisy area full of action plenty of noise and if you stay in this area, you’ll have to tolerate the noise. The property is in an absolute great location right in the heart of Dublin. A very lovely buffet breakfast in the morning to start your day was great. You didn’t have to go outside and look for a restaurant for breakfast…
The property itself is awesome. It’s really clean but again you’ll have to tolerate the noise which really didn’t bother me and my wife. I guess it’s because we’re from New York City but it might be an inconvenience to other people.

Room was about the size of a dorm room. Clean and nice comfortable bed. Room had no AC and was on the west side and sun on it. Hot when we arrive but fortunately cool evening with the windows open, BUT, during the night the bars empty their cans and glass in dumpsters outside about 2 AM ( 3 days in a row) woke us up and then the large AC unit on a roof, right off our window turns on about 5 am and that wakes us up. I asked for a new room and they said the front of the hotel was worse for noise . So if you are staying there this summer OMG. The location is OK, center of the town but we would recommend a better quieter location. The hotel has a very good breakfast, great staff, wonderful modern lobby and bar. I am disappointed that I have to right a negative review but there are better choices.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was was near the end of Temple
Bar and not in the thick of it.
This is NOT the fault of the hotel. But, the noise level from the street was nearly constant (hence the complimentary earplugs by the side of the bed).

The hotel is in perfect location for airport shuttle bus drop off and pick up, to many wonderful restaurants and sites, and to all tourists pick up and drop off sites. Breakfast was wonderful, and I had a wonderful takeaway sack lunch option. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The reception area is great for relaxing.
Rooms small. The refrigerator and hair dryer did not work. A bit noisy on weekends, but they had a nice fan in the room that erased most of the noise.

The location was perfect for the activities we were interested in doing. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices.
The elevators were quite slow, and one of them did not stop at the ground floor (exit level). Our room was facing the street, which could be a bit noisy at times. However, the noise level did not disturb us.

Well maintained and clean, friendly staff, central location, updated interiors.
We had a triple room but no closet, drawers or any storage except for small night tables and a desk. The safe was small, no handle on the door to pull it open and didn’t fit a 16” laptop. Hangers on wall hooks over one of the beds was not convenient. The bathroom needed more shelves and hooks. The sink was too small. There was a lot of crashing glass noise at night that sounded like bottles being collected for garbage and thrown.

Terrific hotel! Loved the location. The staff was friendly and very helpful! The breakfast and dinner were great. The room was sufficient for three people. We would come back for sure!
