You need new cooks. Food way overcooked. In had to ask for some items at 9.00 am. I was asked to wait 5 minuter for them to be cooked, namely eggs and mushrooms.

It was clean
Our room had zero ventilation even with windows open and fan on. The room faced the back of the building. There was constant noise from trash being dumped, people/ employees talking loudly at all hours of the night.

The location was great. Seems like they are on the fringe of the Temple Bar area. They offered a really nice breakfast, and have a quiet bar and area to hang out for drinks on the lower level.
We liked the property. I’ve read reviews that complain about noise, but we were on the top floor and had no issues with it.

Excellent location … great staff and very clean. I realize the Temple Bar is very touristy…. But the atmosphere is electric and Dublin is a great city. We loved it here and we will be back. We were here for 4 days and loved the food. Guinness stew was delish!!! People are awesome … Dubliners know how to live. Good on ya

Brilliant service even when we arrived 5am they were only too kind to allow us to stay in their lobby and later in the morning so nice checking us in 5hrs earlier than planned .really big THANK YOU for the hospitality. We definitely use this hotel again .
Apart from broken latch on the window which we didn't make a fuss about , few tweaks could be made like small drawers either side of bed and toilet brush provided. As cleaners in previous jobs we know how hygienic the rooms should be. We were only to happy to carry out ourselves. Fresh juice at the breakfast buffet please.
