Staff were great, location fantastic, comfortable and clean.
Some of the breakfast items are over seasoned for example the tomatoes and mushrooms, not traditional. But overall the breakfast was good.

Lovely clean property, polite staff, great location and excellent food and drink options throughout.
The cosy room was VERY cosy, a lot more than what is portrayed in the pictures. Our bed was completely boxed in at the bottom with a very narrow space for getting in and out all other side were wall to wall. No where near enough room to store luggage for 3 adults (which is what room sleeps).

The people were great (breakfast staff and restaurant workers) and the food was good.
Highly overpriced for being placed in a room over the live band/entertainment in the bar below (earplugs do not make up for it).

I booked a 3 person room for 2 adults, I got a box room with bunk beds with no AC …. Absolutely disgraceful… the bunk beds are not safe and no AC to work we were given a fan…. The price of the room is a joke

Great location, convenient for everything. Given the location I assumed the rooms would be small but it was a big room and especially big bathroom. Staff were really lovely. Possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in.
As it’s in the heart of Temple Bar it might be a little loud for some (something the hotel has prepared for my including complimentary ear-plugs for the guests) but for us, it didn’t disturb us and we slept straight through.

Location Location Location. Stumbling distance to everything...including a TESCO right across the street.
All the blinking LED lights in the room at night and the backlit green EXIT sign illuminating the entire room. A small refrigerator would have been nice.

The location was perfect. Right in the centre of temple bar area and close to many attractions.
It was noisy in our room. Which faced a smaller street from the main street. The bars especially on Friday and Saturday had live music and dj that was loud.

The shower not staying hot, no microwave in the room, no complimentary or continental breakfast included with an expensive 1 night price. No outlets on the bathroom and no handrail area.

Excellent location, welcoming staff, car parking facility across the road.
Room was perfect, clean and everything you could wish for.
They even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly, chocolates and a beautiful hand written good wishes card.
Very friendly and polite staff. Breakfast was excellent too,
