Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was very pleasant cool. Hotel location was good. Hotel decor was in very good condition. Room was a good size. Bathroom was very nice.
Breakfast "hot buffet" was cold except for bacon which had just come out of the kitchen.
Mattress in room was stained and mattress cover put over it. CLEAN IT, DON'T COVER IT! Very unpleasant discovery.

Perfect location for a busy city trip. Staff were lovely and the room was perfect for two.

Central location in the heart of Temple Bar. Staff were pleasant at every encounter. Various attractions and pubs are within walking distance.
Only complaint was the shower would drastically change temperature from hot to cold every couple of minutes.

Needing to have a replacement hip the location was great everywhere was not to far for me to walk
Very helpful staff nothing was any bother

Only one complaint if you can call it that the lift was a little far from the room

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the location is great for overall sight seeing. The rooms are well insulated so quiet from street noise. There's a parking garage, with hotel discount, a block away which is very convenient.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed the location, staying right in the heart of Dublin.
We were on the first floor above the pub and it was quite loud on the first night we stayed. We also did not have a view out the window as the room looked out onto the mechanical equipment on the roof. There was also a water leak by the front door that soaked the carpet and caused a musty smell in the room.

Location
A bit old with no view outside. Gave a lower score because it would’ve been nice to have had an email describing exactly where to drive our car to the car park. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but when you’re new to the city with a hire car and you come in on a bank holiday where the streets are closed, it makes such a big difference, particularly when the street is one way.
