Location was great. Staff were helpful
Rooms were a little small but modern and clean. Depending on which part of the hotel you were staying, it could have been noisy if above the bar. The hotel provided ear plugs

Way too Loud , tv mounted on wall - couldn’t see from bed, staff in breakfast restaurant were very nice & friendly, helpful- rest of staff in hotel not so much. Had to get ice from the bar, my coffee in bedroom was instant & water pot dirty- did I mention it was loud until late night/early am , and it Very overpriced for what they offered

The room was OK
check in was very awkward as the staff seemed to have problems with accepting my credit card and I literally had to stand there for 40 mins as they struggled with something. Not their fault, but not what I wanted to experience after an exhausting flight

On our first day we had to get up before breakfast for a coach tour, we told reception about this and they kindly organised a breakfast bag for each of us to take with us.
There were limited options for vegan diets, the food was only labelled with the item name, not whether it was vegan, vegetarian etc.
Shower pressure in the room was pretty poor and as seems to be the case with lots of hotels most water ends up on the floor next to the bath rather than in it.

Location
For nearly £300 per night, the room was no better than a Premier Inn... and the sink had a crack in it. I get paying through the nose for location, but I expected a lot more.
