The hotel would not honor our exception request for a partial refund of our one night stay after our flight to Ireland was delayed by a day due to airline issues completely out of our control. It was sold out that evening and im sure they could have easily rebooked, but they quickly denied the request and charged us full rate for not staying there.

The staff was excellent. Every interaction with staff members was friendly and helpful. We had to catch an early train and would miss breakfast so the staff made us a takeaway breakfast for our train ride.
Like other reviews mentioned, there is a pub attached that can be noisy. They do provide earplugs for us early-to-bed early-to-rise kind of folks.

The staff were lovely. One girl in particular was very helpful when it came to getting us a taxi on more than one occasion when there were none available. It is very close the centre so in a great location and noise did not bother us.
The fire alarm went off on our second night. We called reception to ensure this was real and they assured us it was a false alarm however the alarm continued going off for around an hour on and off. There were also some dirt in areas of the bathroom which wasnt very nice to see.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and nice.
I do believe that it should be advertised that you are literally sitting on top of a nightclub and you will hear the thumping of the DJ all night long. Lol This is definitely not an area for families that are going to be turning in around 10:00 pm. When I booked the room I was going off of the busy area and being close to activities. Had I have known that we were on bar row I would have reconsidered. Also, the rooms are very small. I requested an extra roller away bed in my room. It was denied by the hotel but booking.com never let me know that so we showed up and we didn't fit in the room.

Location! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and although it is noisy on the street at night, it is pretty quiet in the room. Breakfast buffet was very good. We will return and stay at this property again.
The only thing kind of negative was I wanted the room from the pictures online. I even asked if we were given the correct room. If the room in the pictures exists, I want that one next time.
