Room was OK, noisy, but we expected that due to location. I had surgery done on Tuesday, we booked with you for near access to where I was getting it done,I will need to find somewhere with less noise for my next appointment.
Price of breakfast is shocking, quality of duvet and pillows poor.

Pleasant appearance to foyer area. Bed was comfortable and room and bathroom had all essentials.

The reception staff were quite wonderful; very helpful, attentive and courteous. They could not have done more to help us. They were quick to respond to any request. The location is absolutely perfect. We had plans on both sides of the Liffey river and, with 3 grandkids in tow, this allowed us to be central to everything. Temple bar is a hive of loud music, lots of people and good humour. It was great to just experience it. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable.
We booked 3 rooms and the showers in two of them didn’t work properly. We had 6 people sharing the shower in one bedroom. To be fair, we were staying for only one night and, upon mentioning it to reception, they offered to send maintenance to look at it …we declined simply to avoid the delay in checking out. My point is that the previous guests must have raised this as an issue? The breakfast was okay but not good enough for a 4 star hotel. The food was fine but it was the items missing that caused a little head-scratching. Only two fruits; grapes and water melon? No beans (the grandkids wanted beans) and no Irish soda bread, in addition, whilst the staff were very polite, there appeared to be a shortage of staff. Plates were not removed from the table without prompting. I would stress though that the breakfast was not bad, just not quite good enough for a 4 star hotel. This is an expensive hotel, and the total package fell below the expectations of the advertised standards.
