Clean, great staff. Quiet inside the building.
We were on the ground floor, facing the road, right beside a pub. Very noisy and a noisy street. Originally we asked for a great view. Upon check in we were told it would be noisy and were offered a quieter apartment. We accepted but ended up right on the street.

This is my fourth stay with Staycity.. highly recommend. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. Room was ready on time and very clean. Bathrooms were spotless and plenty of towels for four people. Their Car park is a block away with an easy self pay system . Location is great. Highly, highly recommend!

Spacious song great for a group/family. A big shout out to Rafa who was a wonderful member of staff.
We found the heating hard to regulate. Also no hot water on the first morning.

Amazing and helpful staff. Some of the best in the area. Extremely helpful to have our luggage held until we could check in.

Convenient location. It was clean and had a good kitchen area including a washer.
Street noise was unbearable especially because days were very warm and we had to keep windows open to circulate air . No fans.

Was in a great location and the staff was excellent. They helped up carry our bags to the room which was nice since they don’t have a bell service.
The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was that our neighbor was smoking on the balcony next to ours and it was blowing into my infant son’s bedroom. It took the staff a few hours to address it. Also even though they have a WhatsApp channel for everything you need from the staff, I felt it wasn’t being monitored, only getting a response from a ChatBot.

The location was very convenient, yet quiet. The doors opening out to the balcony provided us with a lovely view, and also allowed plenty of fresh air when needed. Everything was tidy and clean and the beds were comfortable. The washing machine and mini fridge were particularly helpful for our extended stay. We were given an upgrade, which makes it hard to find fault, as the room exceeded our expectations!
These are minor details, but on arrival, we did not immediately spot the entryway door. We’d just arrived from a red eye flight, so it may have just been fatigue, but perhaps making the door signage pop a bit more might help weary travelers. Also, there was food left in the microwave, but otherwise, the room was very clean.

This apartment served us pretty well...simple, about 15 min walk from most of the sites.
The washer/dryer did not have a working dryer cycle so we left with damp clothes. The place is very simple, ok for a few nights.
