Spacious and clean. There is a receptionist always available on site and they’re very helpful. And it’s nice to be able to leave luggage’s there before check in or after check out.

Location-wise it was within walking distance of the main attractions I wanted to hit like the Guinness Storehouse and the Book of Kells. We also discovered great coffee and acai bowls at the nearby Gulliver's. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. I mentioned a clogged sink in the bathroom and they sent someone right away to fix it.
The accommodations were adequate but had a minimal, worn-down feel to it. To let in cool air, we had to open our windows which opened onto the main road. This was fine during the day but at night, it can get loud with galloping carriages and traffic going by.

The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was well maintained.
The main living area needed some TLC — something to make it look nice. It was very utilitarian. Our suite faced the back alley, which was quite noisy at night.

Location was amazing if you want to transit around. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
We’re from the states and used to air condition especially during these past hot days. This was the only draw back.

Great location and nice kitchen and laundry. Friendly and helpful staff.
It did get very warm at night and was difficult to chose between being warm with the windows closed or hearing a ton of traffic and noise on the street all night with the windows open.

We liked the size of the apartment. It was perfect for our family of 5. It was nice to have a kitchen.
If I had to book again, I would not rebook at this location. The facilities were great but a bit away from the main part of the city. Great location if you are specifically visiting the Christchurch area though. I just didn't know enough about the city before booking.

i liked the kitchen which was fully equipped. the bedrooms had enough space and the beds were good. the pillows were not. the living room was a great size and had good window ventilation. the fan helped a lot too! cool little balcony. great coffee machine and coffee supplies.
the bathroom was not comfortable. the toilet was on the wall and everytime you sat on it it felt like it was going to break. the half glass wall on the shower just made everything more wet than standing in the shower itself. the pressure and temp were good.

To much street noise and no AC. could not keep windows open to cool room at night because the street was to noisy. Apt was dirty with dust under tables.

This was a great location for my family to use during our trip to Dublin. We walked all over the city from here. The room was functional and easily fit our family of five (2 in each of the bedrooms, one on a pull out couch).

The location was perfect, we had a 2 bedroom apt and it was very comfortable for 2 of us. Included washer / dryer. Nice Suprise
