Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great communication before arrival too. Pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of our apartment. Had all the amenities we needed to have breakfast & do much needed laundry. Staff happily replenished supplies. Good location, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, pubs, Guinness Storehouse. This apartment worked out well having a door to the living room for doing remote work.
We did find it expensive, but hard to find this generous space in Dublin.

Excellent, central location, walking distance to all in mid town Dublin, Temple Bar, Dublin Castle, Dubliner Museum, Christchurch, Jameson Distillery, Pubs, Restaurant. Perfect for exploring.

Staff went out of their way to help us. Venue was very clean and was as advertised! Location was terrific and close to what we wanted. It was great to be able to open windows, sit on a balcony, do our washing, etc, etc!

A very pleasant stay in Dublin. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything needed. The view of Dublin was exceptional, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, close to Temple Bar and many of the city’s main attractions. I would gladly recommend Staycity Aparthotels Dublin Augustine to other travellers.

Very clean and enough space even in the city center. Comfortable furniture. Nice useful kitchen. Well outfitted.
The beds were a bit hard. There was a big empty room we weren't sure what that was for. There were no outlets close to mirrors so we could use the hair dryer, we ended up using an extension cord we brought with us. We had a nice big patio but it was kind of dirty because of the birds.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment, which offered three full bedrooms and two bathrooms (a rare convenience for a family). The location was excellent, with Guinness Storehouse, The Brazen Head, and Christ Church Cathedral all within easy walking distance, and public transport connections made getting around the city simple. We also appreciated having a 24‑hour manned front desk, which added a sense of security and support throughout our stay.
The only drawback was the balcony. While nice to have, it had no furniture and could use a thorough cleaning.

I had an injured knee and the first room did not have a walk in shower, but the staff moved us to a room that had one the next day that was perfect for our needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location
Minimum and sterile accommodation- didn’t have coffee refills like they said, was a very sterile atmosphere. Also if you leave anything they will not charge and ship for you- they want you to arrange the whole process. For the cost of facility it was not worth it. Much better places for the cost.

Decor, all needs thought of and provided, location convenient, staff helpful and kind, cleanliness top notch, with a nice and spacious bathroom and kitchen.
People were very loud in the courtyard. But it’s to be expected. Just put in my earplugs and went to bed. :)

Location. We could walk to everything we wanted to see from Kilmainham jail to trinity college! Apartment had everything we needed. Apartment was comfortable too
