Wonderful
It is newly built in a very nice location. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. The staff are all helpful and nice. Kitchen is well equipped.
The room smells like a mixture of cat food and newly renovated paint. The heating system in bedroom is good but living room is always much colder during my stay.

Good location, good bedroom size and good showers
Set weird to get from reception and parking lot, hole in living room couch, hole in bathroom towels, broken lamp and way too expensive. Also no washcloths and the whole idea of the veranda was not even close to what I expected

The only thing that I would have changed was it took a little longer than expected to get us checked in, i'm not sure if the staff member checking us in was newer or there were tech issues but considering i had checked in online before arrival it took longer than I thought

Everything! It has everything you need for a short or extended stay.
The only thing was the beds were very firm but that is personal preference.

Our experience was great from start to finish, reception staff could not do enough for us, so friendly and helpful. The apartment was so clean, beds were firm but every thought had been considered. The kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Bathroom was in need of love but the rest of the apartment was great.

The location was great and we were in walking distance to so many great things.
Our keycard stopped working every single time we left and it’s not set up like a regular hotel so it’s a pretty big trek back to the front desk. The staff were amazing BUT management was supposed to follow up and 2 weeks later we haven’t heard anything

Our 1st stay in Ireland, it was a little hard to find. Once we located the property, the staff onsite was very helpful and friendly, Secure parking very nearby, but you do need the staff to tell you where it is and then respond to the buzzer and let you into the lot. Easy walking distance to numerous sites, good restaurants nearby.

The bedroom was on the first floor right next to a busy street at a cross road. Buses and cars passed by day and night. It was so noisy with shaking sounds when buses started. I messaged to the management to switch to a quieter unit with no response!
This is the worse booking I have had with the booking.com.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was great! We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed in a place like this for a month!
I cannot think of anything off hand, we only stayed one night and did not use all that the apartment had to offer.
