Central location, within walking distance of everything. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Some additional instructions on how to use the washing machine and check out requirements (dishwasher on, etc). But that’s a very minor issue more of a suggestion.

We have previously stayed in a Staycity Dundee so we're happy to book.one in Dublin
Not enough decaf coffee capsules or sachets . When asked for a refill there were none in stock .

Members of staff were very good. They let us dry our laundry on the main floor.
The disability access was horrible. Booking.com indicated that there was some disability access. Then I called stay City and was told there were no disability rooms. We stayed there anyway because that's where our friends wanted to stay.

Multi room apartment with on site car park
Car park stunk. Layout very odd with walk in lobby then outside into back courtyard, down stairs, and finally back inside and up elevator. Very odd.

Very comfortable apartment with enough space and outfitted to meet our needs.
A few of the mornings started with loud arguing outside the window. There was a group smoking crack on the sidewalk adjacent to our apartment.

The front desk when I checked in was very pleasant and helpful. Had a glitch with my room key, but it was fixed immediately. When you walk in, you have two bedrooms, a living area, bathroom, and laundry facility all with doors for privacy. The kitchen was very modern with quality cabinetry, nice new appliances and they even had milk in the refrigerator ready for your tea or coffee the next morning! The pillows were good quality (not flat), the mattresses were good quality, the sheets were very clean and soft and there was enough blankets on the bed that kept me warm at night. I just really liked this place and would highly recommend it. It’s like a home away from home with out clutter and cleaner, lol. Oh and, they are great at holding luggage while you enjoy Ireland unlike some hotels.

Getting from the the lobby to the room was complicated… up a few steps, out to a courtyard, up a few steps then down a few steps to get to elevator.

The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the water in the shower was hot with good pressure. The apartment is centrally located within 20-25min walking distance of the centre of Dublin and other attractions.
The apartment is in an interesting part of Dublin, so walking alone at night might not be a great idea.
