I loved the location and the whole feel of the hotel. The staff on the desk were extremely friendly . We dropped our bag at reception and they made sure it got to the room.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Staff was helpful. Location was terrific. Plenty of room to spread out and relax.
Breakfast order was delayed and we had to cancel the order.

Lovely hotel, lots of character, comfy bed, decent breakfast, nice team running it
Basement room facing the street is a little noisy but not the worst. I did manage to sleep well in the end. If you are a light sleeper I would ask for a quiet room facing into the gardens if available.
