Location was superb. Breakfast was excellent.
No atmosphere in the reception rooms. They need real fires, fake fires are terrible.

Very Good
Charming property and gracious, kind staff. The breakfast was amazing. My husband had the full Irish breakfast everyday and relished it. Convenient location for touring the main sights of Dublin.
Room temperature was warm and we couldn’t find a way to adjust it.

The staff was wonderful! They helped bring our large number of bags to our room and load and unload them from the taxi on arrival/departure. After checkout, we ended up re-booking with them due to a flight cancellation that delayed our departure by two days. Staff allowed us to return to the hotel, stow our luggage, eat breakfast, and use the facilities after a night spent in the airport. They also worked to make our room available to us early so that we could get some sleep, which was much appreciated. They were truly fantastic!

Wonderful
The room was large & comfortable. The room had nice touches – an actual desk; a seating area with chairs & a small sofa; coffee and tea service in the room; large bathroom with high end fixtures. Bed was large and very comfortable.
The room overlooked St. Stephen’s Green - very pretty! Even though the room faced a busy street, they were double pane windows which made the room very quiet at night. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient during check-in; during our stay; and check out. The breakfast was superb as well.
Nothing, an excellent experience.

Most comfortable bed of our 10 days in Ireland! Best night of sleep too. So great in fact we wonder what brand of bed you use?
Toilet tended to run on and on

Wonderful
Beautiful Georgian building, good location & friendly staff.
Beds were very soft but comfortable and had no control over room temperature which was a bit too warm.
