Wonderful
Even though it is stated that there is no breakfast, there is in fact a great selection of breakfast items available at no additional cost. The host was really nice and helpful. Good location for the airport express bus. Easy to catch a local bus into town, but remember that you have to have coins or buy a travel card.

Warm and inviting. Loved that there was a shared sitting room with tables and chairs so we could relax and enjoy our breakfast. All breakfast items provided, but you get your own.
Marie was lovely and helped us with our washing.
The accommodation was in a lovely leafy suburb with several bus options close by.
The bed was a bit too soft.

Exceptional
Exceptional stay that provided everything we required. Once we worked out the bus system to the city (bus 15/15A) we were able to park the car for all our stay. A warm welcome provided and helpful tips provided on arrival. Certainly recommend staying at St Aiden's rather than in the hectic city environment of Dublin. Access to a kitchenette and unexpected breakfast was greatly appreciated.
Nothing. A great stay.

Location was in a nice quiet, suburb in south Dublin. Frequent bus service into Dublin centre only 4 min walk from guesthouse. Or you could walk to centre in about 50 min. Several restaurants nearby.Self serve breakfast, mainly cereals, bread and fruit, but also eggs and misc stuff in the fridge. Microwave, stove and fridge. Coffee and tea. Lovely, bright front room to eat and relax in.
I prefer having breakfast made. Otherwise all good.

I really liked the way we were welcomed, by a lovely lady who immediately offered us tea to relax after the trip, before showing us to our room, in a beautiful room with Victorian decor. Every day, in a common kitchen, they left some breakfast food as an offering.
The size of the room was quite small. And the toilet in our bathroom didn't work well and the sink, whenever it was used, smelled bad from the pipes.
