It truly felt like a home away from home! Lovely and restful with a very comfortable bed. Gracious, easy and great value.
It’s so popular that it’s hard to get a booking, otherwise I would stay here more often!

Comfortable stay in quiet street, nice neighborhood, host was friendly and welcomed us with a cup of tea. Host heated microwave meals for us as I couldn't work microwave in guest kitchen. Plentiful breakfast supplies to help yourself to.
Tiny guest kitchenette for preparing own breakfast cramped if sharing with other guests and needing to get away early. Bus stops 10 minutes walk away.

The area is a lovely quiet area, with the little village with restaurants and shops just around the corner. I got a lovely welcome and was given tea and biscuits on arrival which was lovely after my long drive. There was parking outside the property. The room was lovely and cozy and I slept really well. Everything had been thought of to make u feel at home and comfortable.
There was nothing to fault. I would stay there again for sure if I have to go to dublin again for work. It was only a small drive away from I needed to be the next morning.

Place was clean and comfortable. It was pretty quiet. Reasonably priced. Standard room and place to sleep. Had a nice lobby area if you wanted to sit.
There was a heat wave and no A/C, but they left the window blinds completely open and shut the windows, so it felt like a greenhouse and was super hot, probably fine in the colder months. The shower light had exposed wires which was a little concerning. Parking is out back in an alley and a little funky.

I loved the warmth of the host. She welcomed us with coffee, tea and dessert. I loved the cleanliness of the room, sheets, towels, and bathroom. The beds were super comfortable. I loved how easy it was to access the buses.
The only negative is that they aren't located in the city center but that was not a deal breaker for us. I actually loved it because it gave us a taste of other parts of Dublin.

Such a lovely arrangement and the host was so welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is safe and it offers a little calm away from the excessive noise in the city's center.

We really enjoyed our stay and the found all very acceptable. The only challenge was the breakfast. It was not clear whether the eggs were hard boiled or needed to be cooked, and the microwave was not intuitive and there were no instructions. We and several other guests could not figure it out

The area was upscale and safe. Easy access to the city by bus. Owner was kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
We stayed in the attic room which was large and quiet. Just needed a couple of repairs to closet door and bathroom tissue holder.
