Clean tidy rooms. Upgraded to Junior suite. Spacious and modern. Nice water in the room. Fantastic shower.

Friendly staff. Food was good. Easy parking.
Didn't get the room I booked and paid for. They said the hotel was fully booked so they couldn't move us and didn't offer to compensate. Bathroom door in disrepair and no lock. Dining room too dark for breakfast.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice food. Special mention to the reception staff and our two friendly waiters on service for our evening meal,sorry didnt get their names.
The room was way too hot, it ended up being quite uncomfortably hot at night.

Staff, freindly and helpfull, decor is really nice, and location near the river and lots of green, plus Lucans a lovely town with a Countryish feel
