Very modern, nice bar and friendly staff.
Rooms were amazing
The location is a little bit out of Lexlip, maybe a 10-minute walk. There were no facilities that I was aware of , gym, etc.

I like everything except what I don't like. Staff top notch!
I like everything except the fact that
-there is no refrigerator
-TV entertainment is limited to local stations. In this time and age, one would except the TV to be smart, whereby you could access YouTube, Netflix, etc. Although, I never asked the management, they could have provided an alternative. It was 1 night and so not really matter.

Very clean and comfortable, staff are absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was so tasty. Would highly recommend. Bus stop for Dublin city centre is right outside the door.
Guests staying next door very noisy, but luckily it quietened down around 10.30pm.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean !

When we arrived a wedding was taking place. Reception still had time to give us a warm welcome. The room was up to expectations. We had dinner there in the evening and the staff and food were fantastic.

No heating!! When asked at reception, they were unable to advise or give an explanation. Room was freezing for the full stay!!
