The staff were exceptionally helpful from reception to the staff setting up the next morning's breakfast allowing me to do an important zoom call in the dining room at night so i didn't wake my husband up in our room. The location was good. Very nice walk along the canal. Appreciated having a parking spot for free in the grounds.
We were very surprised not to have a mini fridge in our room .. BUT your staff were incredibly helpful letting us store milk in the kitchen fridge and they would fetch it for us. Never once did they make us feel we were being a nuisance, they were always so happy to help get it and put it back for us.

Cozy king bed. We had a nice ground floor view of a little garden. The room and bathroom were charming and quiet. All the staff were very kind. Excellent parking.

The building itself is quite charming. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, and it seemed everything had been recently updated. The bathroom was very stylish with a nice shower. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The dining room looked charming, but nothing on the menu appealed to us, so we walked to another restaurant.
I get claustrophobic in hotel rooms, so I specifically look for a place with a balcony or windows. Our room was on a lower level, and although there was a sliding glass door, the outside was not appealing at all and I did not feel comfortable opening the door, much less sitting outside.

Beautiful historic school house tastefully restored to hotel. Good rooms, good hotel coms. Nice breakfast room, bar and bistro. Staff were generally accommodating and pleasant. Great on site free parking.
Continental breakfast limited and unlabelled. Had to ask waiter, despite him standing right there, to top up bread/toast as it had run out. Other party member had cooked breakfasts and enjoyed.

No seats inside to sit and have a drink. It was all kept for bookings. We had to sit outside. What happens on a wet night to patrons not eating???

It is a very quaint establishment. Really delightful. Staff was friendly and helpful. We are in the restaurant and the service and food was delightful
I really can’t think of a thing. Parking was tight but manageable. Things are always tight in these areas
