Disappointing
Good location. Front desk staff tried her best to resolve a problem caused by the hotel. She was very polite and added a discount to the room price, albeit a very small discount.
We found blood stains on the duvet cover. There was no spare duvet cover available in the same size to replace it. We ended up with two smaller duvets instead.
The main bar man was very rude and unfriendly.

Very quiet, great beds, good food and drink, a little far from attractions so hard to pop in and out during the day. We got our steps in though, and neighborhoods were safe and fun to walk through.

Our room was spotless, stylish and spacious! Tue huge big bed was so comfortable and Breakfast was so tasty and loads on offer!! We will be back!
Our kids were dissatisfied with No chicken goujons but loved their chargrilled chicken and geg( so winner winner).

The location, room cleaning service and breakfast were very good. There was an air conditioner in the room.
The bathroom is a bit small and no shef in it. There was no lounge room in the hotel.

It had great history, charm, and architwcture. The staff was friendly, informarive, and responsive to questions and needs. The breakfast was 1st rate. The room was extremely compfortable.
I didn't like how dark the room was - the lighting was a bit of an issue. The tv was a little bit of a challenge for me to operate. The hair dryer was in a desk drawer and we couldn't find it and had to ask the front desk.

The hotel was wonderful, we felt thoroughly spoilt. Very comfortable and sparkling clean. Loved the period furnishings throughout the hotel. It was beautifully apppointed.
It would be too far out from the centre to stay if you wanted to visit the centre, unless you get a taxi or don't mind a walk.

Breakfast was uninspiring (although the full Irish was great and the supplementary charge fair). The coffee was dreadful.

Breakfast and service in the restaurant was good.
All might be ok if you wont get a room on the 1st floor which is bellow the ground level. room is ok, big, but dark and chilly.
