Rooms were very comfortable and we slept well. Food was very good and we ate in the bar both nights of our stay.
Breakfast was only ok choice on the cold buffet wasn’t great but hot breakfast was good especially the mushrooms on the full Irish , staff lacking in interest both mornings had to ask for cutlery , table of 4 beside us had to wait over 14 mins for the 4 person’s breakfast which is a pity as over all our stay was great .

Not corporate. Nice staff and easy to walk into central Dublin. Huge comfortable bed and quiet room.
Food was ok and cooked well enough but the menu is limited. Most concerningly we had a slight smell of damp in our room. Didn’t make an issue of it as we were largely going to be out however I was woken up early on our last morning to the sound of dripping. Persistent rain outside (It’s Dublin, no complaints in that front), was leaking into the room from the ceiling edge above the window frame. This was soaking the carpet (so now we know the reason for the damp smell). It just avoided soaking one of cases with clothes in. The leak is probably relatively recent as the carpet would otherwise have been in a worse state. Staff were really apologetic and I have no doubt they will resolve. The receptionist did say she would inform her manager who would be in touch….lets see.

Very quaint place with beautiful modern rooms. Rooms were quiet and the food is excellent. Not far away from a lovely canal - great place for a walk or run. Hotel is also not far from main attractions (e.g. about 30 min walk from Trinity College). Highly recommend!

Amazing staff, beautiful hotel in a great location, amazing food for dinner.
Thank you, Lorena, Tina, and the lovely staff in the restaurant / bar on Monday evening.
I had not been to the Schoolhouse since I lived in Dublin, and I had never stayed overnight since I lived relatively nearby.
It was an anniversary / invite to the Embassy for the 14th July event we were invited to - when you are parents, you tend to bundle up occasions to spend child-free time!
Breakfast was in line with what others charge in Dublin (which I personally find expensive in general), but the yoghurt there was locally sourced, and the juice and Danish pastries were tasty.

A great place to stay in the heart of Dublin. Walkable to the Big Bus routes and very comfortable. Great restaurant and bar attached and solid, quality breakfast.
Windows, but no view. A minor issue.

Everything. The room was comfortable especially the bed and pillows. The staff were so helpful and warm. I will tell friends this is the place to stay if you come to Dublin.
Not the easiest to find or to pull in and out of driveway but that's it.

This hotel was absolutely delightful and surpassed all our expectations. The location was perfect, centrally situated and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Both the restaurant and hotel facilities were exceptional, and the staff truly made our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for, as if we were visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. Every team member we encountered was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist with our questions and requests.
