We loved the location of this hotel. The quiet neighborhood was charming with many restaurants nearby. It was easy to walk to downtown Dublin. The staff was professional and very helpful with ideas, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious and kept you full for walking miles. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

The room was extremely comfortable and the lovely ladies in reception were very friendly and welcoming.
We loved our room on the Basement Floor with a little lovely garden/patio area outside.
Breakfast was great
If you have a car and need to park it on the grounds, the driveway entry is very narrow, so you need to take care

We really liked everything!
It's a very cozy and comfortable place. Everything was great.
The only small issue was an additional door in our room that seemed to connect to the neighboring space — it felt a little uncomfortable and there was a slight draft.
But apart from that small detail, everything else was just perfect!

Nice big bed and room, good shower.
The location isn't great for central Dublin. For the price I wasn't expecting a basement room with a view of the back yard, but maybe it's just Dublin pricing. I would also expect to see more staff at breakfast and a better breakfast.

Everything about this place screams charm and wholesomeness... treated like royalty every minute. Fabulous location and fabulous food. Will be my new go to in the future. Highly recommend

Comfortable rooms however the heating in one of the rooms did not work.
We had lunch in Bar - were shown to table upstairs and were "forgotten". After calling waiter after 30 mins we were reseated downstairs.
We had dinner in bar due to function taking place in dining room - one meal was returned to kitchen as quality of food was not up to standard - waiter agreed with us. It was replaced by alternative meal.
