The rooms were very relaxing and comfortable. The bed was huge and was probably one of the best hotel beds we have ever slept on. Our son stayed with us a few nights and getting an extra bed for him was no issue at all. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Exceptional
We were truly impressed by the warmth and friendliness of the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration special by leaving delightful chocolates and a heartfelt note in our room, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The bar and restaurant were also excellent, offering tasty food and a wide range of drinks, all reasonably priced for Dublin. Free parking was also a massive bonus. I have booked a return visit.
Nothing.

Pleasant
The location, the house and the food are very good.
The room we got, the only available, was in the basement of the building. It was not dark because it had a big window but was basically in the underground. The room was a bit cold when we arrived but was equipped with efficient heating so we actually slept well. Let's say that for "esthetic" reasons, we would probably have had a better impression with a room at ground or elevated floor.

Rooms great
Main bar turned up and told we cant sit anywhere as pre booked in one hour .only wanted one drink. We were residents. Breakfast service poor. Toast was with breakfast had eaten most of it before it came and we had to ask for it .no brown sauce also really with a irish breakfast. Not asked if we wanted more tea and coffee.little things means alot. Not like it was when we last came there.we wont be stopping there again. Time for a change of venue.

Wonderful
The history of the property was explained in a lovely notebook in our room. The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood. The food in the gastropub was very good.
Lobby common area could be a little more inviting.

Very Good
We arrived well after midnight and the night clerk was there for us. The room was clean, well appointed, comfortable. We were walking distance to the US Embassy, and also to the Ireland National Museum of Art as well as other places.
The room was pretty cold and it was hard to figure out how to warm it up - I don't think we did. We had to leave right away the next morning. We wish there had been a pint or two available when we got there...

Breakfast was traditional Nice. Not exceptional. Location was ideal for the Abigail stadium.
Front desk staff were particularly helpful and very pleasant
The inflated room rate due to the rugby semi final. But that happens everywhere on such occasions

Wonderful
The decor is chic and the building holds and old world charm.
The door through to reception is a bit annoying when you’re trying to bring bags in and out.

Good
The check in with Lorena was quick and friendly. The room was very comfortable and quiet so we slept well.
The breakfast servers were slow to take order. The tables were disorganised and not replenished as needed. We waited 30 minutes for toast while our breakfast went cold. I would not recommend paying extra for breakfast.
