Food was good, ate in the hotel for two nights. Had parking that wasn't an additional charge like a lot of hotels in Dublin. Good location. We had an issue with lack of sleep on our first night and the lovely lady at reception didn't have an issue with changing our room. She was a very understanding woman. Breakfast staff very pleasant.
Walls are paper thin in rooms, the floors creek with every step. First night we were woken so many times by the people walking in their room above us, opening drawers etc. We could hear the man snoaring next door. The room was tiny and dark, the door opened up and hit the bed. The beds are not comfy and the quality of bed linen is poor, defiantly could invest in new pillows. No shower caps in rooms We moved room on the second night to a much nicer room but you could still hear lots of movement outside in the hallways. Most of the staff don't have great English so commication was poor, not understanding what a VAT receipt was in the bar, it's a legal requirement. Ordered a cocktail and it never arrived. Asked for the bill, given the wrong bill. Almost the same menu in the bar as the restaurant.

I valued the efficient and warm welcome from an experienced friendly receptionist at check in. Grateful for the quiet room I had requested. Room standard - excellent for a business traveller. Loved the added extras like fresh take away coffee and fresh water front of house. Food in bar and breakfast offering excellent.
A very small minor dislike was pillows.

The room is quite spacious for Dublin standards. The fact that it has ample free parking space is a massive plus. There are iron, water bottles and stuff for tea in the room with plenty tea bags and milk. There is also complimentary tea in the morning.

Clean and nicely located. Parking was convenient, and allowed easy come and go. Staff were friendly, helpful and accomodative. Neighborhood is decent and on a pleasant side of Dublin with short-walk access to train, bus and shops.
The layout is a bit irregular. Its a building [or a set] that were constructed at different points, and are not well coordinated. Depending on your room you have to go through a maze of hallways and elevators to get from one side to the other.

Great location for the 4 day celebration event I was attending. Very friendly and attentive staff, particularly so the bar and restaurant teams. Great service
Double bedroom allocated was somewhat snug!. Had there been 2 of us, I would have requested a room move.
