Clean, modern, comfortable with excellent staff. Reese on reception recommended a few things to do within the local area which we appreciated because it's not an area we're used to staying. Sandymount village is lovely but the DART into the city centre is a 5 mins walk away which is so handy. Great example of Irish hospitality, so good that we booked again for December.

Good break but thought I had already paid this
V small room & bath tiny bit dark no view except car park ! Nice area shame about that as I booked in January this year. No lift for luggage and directions to room poor. No real lobby or bar area all a bit too quiet!

Very comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Easy access to town, as well as the coastal suburbs, being so close to the Dart. Very pleased to be able to charge the car. Also , the food in the bar & restaurant was exceptional. Nice touch to have sweets and lollipops for the "children"
Small criticisms: we prefer a walk in shower, but the one over the bath was ok, Water pressure and temperature were great. One of the lifts was out of order

Spotlessly clean, quiet, beautifully furnished with lots of quiet spaces for lounging.
No minibar in the room for our own supplies.
