Good break but thought I had already paid this
V small room & bath tiny bit dark no view except car park ! Nice area shame about that as I booked in January this year. No lift for luggage and directions to room poor. No real lobby or bar area all a bit too quiet!

Very comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Easy access to town, as well as the coastal suburbs, being so close to the Dart. Very pleased to be able to charge the car. Also , the food in the bar & restaurant was exceptional. Nice touch to have sweets and lollipops for the "children"
Small criticisms: we prefer a walk in shower, but the one over the bath was ok, Water pressure and temperature were great. One of the lifts was out of order

Spotlessly clean, quiet, beautifully furnished with lots of quiet spaces for lounging.
No minibar in the room for our own supplies.

We liked the location as it was closed to the dart and to Herbert park.
The lifts weren’t working and the room was very warm with no air con.

Comfortable, centrally located, well connected to DART, Tesco and few restaurants in walkable distance. Close to beach.
Lift B inoperative during entire stay.

Friendly and efficient service, clean and well appointed rooms, quiet yet convenient location, and excellent informal dining. Plus free parking so you can just leave your car and use the DART 6 mins walk away.
Small thing but there was a heatwave at the time of my stay and the room got very warm. A fan was provided which helped a little. Hard to avoid this happening with climate trends and I’m assured management are looking into solutions.
