Very well kept amazing food they could expand the menu thought.
WiFi is slow in the room I believe a signal boaster or mesh would sort that, as it’s perfect around the lobby.

Breakfast very good. Excellent location - near Dart could leave car and explore Dublin. Great parking.
No air conditioning in room but was given fan which really helped in the extremely hot weather

Staff were very pleasant treated us like we really mattered.
The whole place was very clean and well kept. Everything worked, Nothing missing that we had to ask for..
Modern air conditioning in the roomthat was not a noisy unit, so very welcome on a hot weekend.
Absolutely nothing I can think of. It suited our needs perfectly

It was comfortable, convenient and staff were very friendly
I found the carpets badly needing vacuuming and washing in places. I found it hard to ignore it was so obvious

Overall pleasant hotel and good location. Room itself was small but pleasant, with a comfortable bed, which was great. No air-conditioning, which we could have done with as it was an unusually very hot night, but we kept the window open, and it was fine. Nice location for the aviva, and the 3 arena is a 30 min pleasant walk along the canal, with the oarsman pub serving as a nice pitstop along the way. Car park also a bonus.
Room location seemed to be at back of hotel, and wasn't the easiest to locate. Poor signage help. We also heard alot of banging/construction sounds from 7.30am on a Saturday morning, which wasn't ideal, esp when we had to keep our window open all night due to the really high temps and room had no air-conditioning. I mentioned it to staff at the desk upon leaving and he didn't really give a shit tbh. Also we weren't even asked about our stay. That was disappointing, I think its expected after paying for a service.

Lovely room, modern, clean, decent size. Helpful staff, decent breakfast options. Didn't have dinner there so I can't comment on that.
No air-con and no fans on offer as rooms were hot and stuffy, they're not suited for summer at all. Bit of a maze to get around the hotel rooms.
