This is a lovely hotel in a high class residential area. 5.min walk to train station so nice and easy to train into the city. Very quiet, room was very nice, big comfy bed and a really good shower. Didnt have breakfast there, went to a really great cafe walking distance down the road (cheaper than the hotel!) Great place to stay for an event at Avida stadium.
Nothing, it was a nice place to stay.

Very good location I walked to city center every day
No AC, which is fine for most days but when I went it was really hot, but I did ask for a fan and that helped a lot!

Nice staff. Clean room.
Our room cleaner took our top sheets off our bed. Didn't give us any more water or refilled the coffee and tea on one of the days. The other cleaning person came by in the morning and asked if we needed anything and we told her what was done the day before, and she fixed everything.

The place is fabulous , well situated, easy access to transport (dart) for getting about and the Aviva for rugby.
The property is unique in style, well laid out with great bedrooms. The bar is well stocked and the restaurant has a super menu.
