On our 10 day trip we spent the last 3 days at The Sandymount Hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful. That was my favorite part, outside of the overall experience. Loved our stay
No real dislikes, it was far enough out of the city that we slept without a lot of noise. Maybe add a fan to help cool the room

The staff was exceptional. The room was clean and cute. Location was close to port and airport. 15 minutes from the ferry by taxi and a bit more for airport. Neighborhood was very nice!
I felt it was a bit pricey but I did book close to checkin date so maybe that's my fault.

Great location. Easy access to DART which takes you I tot he city center and connections to buses that can take you all over the city. The neighborhood is quiet.
We had a full + twin bed room. It was like a bedroom: not real spacious, but cosy; beds, shower, vanity, small closet. The staff were courteous, helpful, and nice.
Floors are creaky; there’s probably wood under the tile. The hallway is narrow, so you hear everything, just like any other hotel. Bring earplugs.

Clean and nicely located. Parking was convenient, and allowed easy come and go. Staff were friendly, helpful and accomodative. Neighborhood is decent and on a pleasant side of Dublin with short-walk access to train, bus and shops.
The layout is a bit irregular. Its a building [or a set] that were constructed at different points, and are not well coordinated. Depending on your room you have to go through a maze of hallways and elevators to get from one side to the other.

Breakfast was great, fresh and hot. Service was excellent, always quick to refill the pot of tea.
Room was comfortable. Location was convenient to all areas around it.
why are there only five hangers in almost every hotel closet. That is not enough for even one person let alone if there were two guests in a room.

Public space in hotel is lovely. Comfortable and expansive. But lots of people use it all day for seeming work. Great location. We did lots of walking and train is nearby. Free parking.

Comfortable, centrally located, well connected to DART, Tesco and few restaurants in walkable distance. Close to beach.
Lift B inoperative during entire stay.
