Location and cleanliness
Facilities in room. Tight space in room. Placed in one part of a family room for only 2 people which was noisy. All could be heard from the adjoining room.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable - big bed. Staff were brilliant! Great location right near to the stadium we were going to for the concert.
The room was very hot and didn’t seem to have air conditioning.

Rooms were nice and spacious.
We were in a separate tower next to the parking lot. It was very warm and it was necessary to have the windows open. There was a lot of noise in the parking lot.

The staff, the cleanliness of all the hotel, the size and comfort of the room, the breakfast, the food and drink offered by the bar, the location, the parking facilities and also how the hotel looks both from outside and from inside.
Sometimes the wifi did not work properly however that wasn't a bit problem for me.
