The bar staff were very friendly, supper chatty and I enjoyed the time in the restaurant/ bar
The housekeeping staff disturbed up 3 times before our check out time. At one stage they entered the room and continued arguing with me. I had a confirmed check out time in email and had reconfirmed at check in due to late arrival. The reception staff also provided an extra room key without confirming any details with me. My partner was arriving late and I advised I would come out and meet him at reception, instead the staff gave him the room number and keycard without asking for ID or calling my room to confirm. Very unprofessional and unsafe.

What we were looking for in location. Parking was adequate, but I'm sure its gets busy on a football day as its close to the stadium. Great food at the hotel bar and a great breakfast.
A maze to get around with all of the halls and stairs. Just be aware that there are quite a few staircases and dips/jumps to navigate. They do have lifts, but you will still encounter stairs (3-5) in the maze.

Nice, cosy, quiet hotel. In very nice part of Dublin. Close to DART. Very good breakfast. Free parking.
Paying €360 for 1 night B&B and being woken up abruptly whilst fast asleep by a member of housekeeping coming into our room at 8am. I know it's not the end of the world, but we'd been out to see a show the night before and fancied a nice lie in, so most unsatisfactory. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and that's the first time that this has happened.
