Very Good
Very central and quite affordable for that location.
The rooms are small but I was alone so it was perfectly fine. I think it would have been a bit hard if there had been two of us. There is a bit of noise but amazingly little when taken into account how close the hotel is to huge bars with live music. I used earplugs as I’m used to total silence when sleeping but it wasn’t really necessary.

Right in the heart of the temple bar district.
It was a bit noisy at night, but that’s the territory that comes with staying close to all the action.

Poor
Bed was comfortable
The room was SO HOT even with the fan on all night and the window open- which was miserable because it was so loud outside. We had to leave for our flight before breakfast started so I can’t speak to that but we didn’t get a refund for not using it. Carpet was covered in stains. Didn’t feel clean. Loft was also broken and the parking lot was several blocks and a bridge away!

Very Good
The location is great, just a short walk to Temple Bar Square.
While quite basic, the room had everything we needed, comfortable beds and a clean bathroom.
The staff were also really friendly, we arrived very early so they offered to store our luggage until the room was ready so we could get straight on with exploring (pub-crawl).
The Tv in our room didnt work, not that we spent long in our rooms, but it would have been nice to have first thing in the morning to watch the news. I could have logged into my Netflix account if I really wanted to watch something but I didnt feel the need to.
The biggest problem about the Temple Bar Townhouse is the lack of a lift. We were on the 3rd floor, which doesnt sound like much but the there was an extra staircase inbetween each floor so it meant climbing 6 flights of stairs each time I wanted to return to my room, not an easy task in the early hours of the morning when I'm three sheets to the wind.

Wonderful
Room was really nice.
Great location.
Staff are polite.
The rooms are really warm and might benefit from air con units. There is a fan however during the summer I doubt this would help much.
