Waitress great, food fine, but the noise was just too darn loud at 9am , near raucous for that time of day--disturbing. Find ways to create less noise, fewer people all at once, like a massive football team food hall. No relation at all
to enjoyable calming breakfast location. Corporate boys just said squeeze them all in!!!
I was a hotelier/developer of high-end properties . While the bathrooms were outfitted beautifully, the bed linens (sheets/p. cases)were very rough material as you know . While the comforter was fine, the pillow was long and hard to compress as its filler materials were way to resistant to having one's head depress the pillow--so it stayed about half depressed ,but no more, which makes it difficult to be comfortable---who thought of lengthy pillows that are not remotely 'soft and fluffy.'Their sense for comfort is flawed in all respects. Hated to see vanity, shower, closet with high end toilet ....all impressive and yet a bed not up to par.
The dark haired 28-32 y o waitress in lounge just off the Street entrance is not helping with her indifference in attitude, chewing gum, hard to understand short answers.

Wonderful
The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The rooms were very neat and clean.
Our room was on the 6th floor so no lift from the 5 floor. Not a criticism, just information for others. Our bags were taken to the room so not an issue on arrival.

Location . High standard . Lovely decor .
Bar staff under pressure. Not particularly friendly because of this . Very little choice of zero alcohol drinks . Tables in bar not cleared away .
