When we got there we were put in the smallest room , it hadn’t even been cleaned . We phoned reception and give them their dues they moved us straight away.

My mother adores your hotel.She stayed there many times with my father before he passed away. It holds bittersweet memories for her now.
I find it a little too big, I favour an older interior in a hotel.

Nothing not to like hotel is superb staff excellent especially Lorraine in the Gallary lovely lady very helpful and credit to this lovely hotel breakfast is the best we have had plenty choice of hot and cold food recommend this hotel to family and friends

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned after workmen. It was very hot. Breakfast very chaotic - no fruit left.

For the money the rooms cost they could push the boat out and actually have 2 double beds in the family rooms instead a fold up couch, when the kids are complaining of a soar back the following morning it can’t be a good sign.

Love the central location with transport stops right outside the door.
Easy to book.
Excellent staff, totally accommodating. I went with a back injury and crutches, so they made sure we were close to the lift. Arranged to clear a path through the crowd in the lobby as we arrived on the football finals weekend.
We have tried other hotels in the area, but always now return to this hotel.
It's starting to feel like home.
Roll on September.
Housekeeping forgot to dust before we arrived and forgot about the bin liners.
Very minor first world problem that made no difference to the stay, but it did let the hotel down.

Great location.
The room was located in a difficult to find area of the hotel. Had to go up one lift and then along a corridor to find another lift to take us back down!
