This hotel was amazing.. great location... very clean... great staff! We only stayed one night in Dublin and it was our last stop after 9 days in Southern and Northern Ireland so we didn't really take advantage of the hotel or location but we had a great experience with our short visit! This hotel has a/c :) most of the hotels / bed and breakfast we stayed didn't have air conditioning & really don't need it but the week we spent in Ireland (July) it was 75-80 degrees so it was very warm! Would highly recommend this hotel and was a GREAT price!

Mix up on how many beds was ment to be in the room booking.com said it had 3 beds room but the room only had 2 rooms they said listing wrong on booking.com

Great location. Luas stops round the corner; DART station just 10 minute walk; right in the city centre to access restaurants, shops, pubs and buses around the city Breakfast was available early and later risers and there was a great selection of foods.
No complaints from me. I found everything very satisfying.

Breakfast a disaster- too many people, they couldn’t cope ran out of jam, marmalade etc. one woman, very rude at door, lied and told me my cousin was in the alternative room because she didn’t want to let me into the busy restaurant to join her!
