The entrance and lobby are beautiful. But once you go to your room, the hallways, rooms were underwhelming.
Very little natural light, just a little depressing. When I come back, I won’t stay here.

The location is excellent, room was lovely, modern and clean, breakfast is exceptional, our second stay here, will definitely return
One day we had to be up and out early for an excursion and ordered a takeaway breakfast, but it wasn't very exciting or filling

The public rooms are excellent, the staff friendly, and the location is superb.
The rooms are very small, and when I told a member of staff that my hanging rail fell down as soon as I tried to hang my jacket, nobody came to fix it for the two nights I was there.

Breakfast room was nice and spacious and breakfast was good with plenty of choice!
Location was very good, except for the presence of quite a number of unsavoury characters around
No water in the room.
Balcony door could not be opened and balcony was covered in weeds.
Views from the windows looked onto very badly maintained areas.
The floor in the room was sticky.
There was a 2 seater couch which looked tired and grubby.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early off the plane and they made a room ready for us with no fuss. The breakfast was great
